Provide high-visibility, on-site technical support for semiconductor equipment throughout the customer product lifecycle—from installation and system diagnosis to service and repair. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop advanced process solutions, run hypothesis experiments and DOEs, analyze data using statistics, and deliver root-cause analyses for complex process and equipment issues across etch, deposition, metrology, ion implant, annealing, and CMP technologies.
