Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and plan drawings and sketches using AutoCAD for product depiction, production, shop drawing, and as-built documentation.
  • •Deliver drawings on schedule within project timelines and propose solutions to design challenges to ensure functionality and manufacturability.
  • •Create architectural drawings (e.g., floor plans and elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components with technical specifications.
  • •Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction aligns with technical drawings and ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • •Maintain organized drawing documentation, lead onsite material testing coordination, prepare weekly progress reports, and ensure technical/material submittals are closed out and available.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience and a plus of 2 years GCC experience.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, including creating production, shop, and as-built drawings based on site measurements.
  • •Strong understanding of drawings/specifications and value engineering concepts (L2).
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP functional skills preferred/required to succeed in the role.
  • •Certificate in AutoCAD (or related) plus a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
