Job Summary

Help grow and onboard TikTok LIVE Music creators by mapping the current Music creator ecosystem and refining SOPs for recruitment, training, and ongoing support. Partner with acquisitions, community, and agencies to coach creators and agency managers, deliver 1:1/group training and workshops, and analyze creator performance data to iterate on goals, KPIs, and monetisation. Collaborate with EU and Campaigns teams to plan music vertical campaigns and creator-focused events.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and map the TikTok LIVE Music ecosystem to refine SOPs for music creator recruitment, onboarding, and growth.
•Partner with acquisitions and community to recruit Music talent on and off platform and run the SOP with 1:1/group training, workshops, and account support.
•Train agency managers on best practices for managing Music creators and equip agencies with tools and frameworks aligned to TikTok standards.
•Develop music-specific education for creators building livestreaming careers and analyze creator performance data to iterate SOPs.
•Collaborate with EU regional teams and Campaigns to design Music vertical campaigns and develop events/projects that maximize livestream time for creators and audiences.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in talent, influencer, or creator management, ideally on a content platform or in acquisitions-focused roles.
•Ambitious, results-driven approach with strong data analysis skills.
•Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with stretch revenue targets and competing priorities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Proven project and process management skills to translate data into clear decisions.
