Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EPSRM engagement to ensure privacy, security, AI, and business continuity requirements are understood, implemented, and monitored
  • •Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into operational controls and guide stakeholders on compliance expectations
  • •Validate and manage compliance evidence, deliverables, and audit readiness with regulators, clients, and auditors
  • •Build relationships with leadership and regulators to remove obstacles and support consistent compliance practices
  • •Identify risks and control gaps, recommend mitigations, and drive improved compliance maturity across the enterprise

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in privacy/security, risk, or compliance within the managed care, payer/health plan industry
  • •5+ years identifying, analyzing, and communicating security or privacy control requirements within health plan operations
  • •Experience interpreting and translating contract and regulatory requirements into control-based operational capabilities
  • •Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with State & Federal Privacy, Cybersecurity & AI laws applicable to healthcare payors
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, Business, Law, or related field (JD preferred). CISSP/CISM required upon hire
