Own the architecture and technical direction for a consolidated Bizplat automation platform, reducing service sprawl across Risk & Compliance, Customer Support, GTM/Sales, Finance, and Hardware Supply Chain. Lead cross-cutting initiatives, set engineering standards for reliability and governance, and mentor engineers through design reviews.

•Own Bizplat platform architectural vision, defining the target state for a consolidated, well-architected service landscape across automation domains.
•Identify redundant/underutilized services and lead technical strategy to turn them down, migrate workloads, and converge onto shared systems.
•Design and build core reusable platform capabilities including case management, workflow orchestration, AI/ML pipelines, event streaming, and integration frameworks.
•Lead planning and execution for high-priority cross-cutting initiatives such as contact center stack convergence and automation platform maturity.
•Set and enforce engineering standards for system design, API contracts, observability, data governance, and operational reliability; mentor engineers through design reviews.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years owning systems at scale in a technical leadership or architect role.
•Experience consolidating and simplifying complex service architectures, including migrating workloads and decommissioning legacy services in production.
•Strong systems design and architecture skills, building platforms used by multiple teams and business domains.
•Experience building or operating automation, workflow orchestration, or case management systems (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, or similar).
•Track record driving technical strategy across organizational boundaries and executing multi-quarter roadmaps.
