Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Inventory Control Department by establishing goals, objectives, and deadlines.
  • •Ensure process compliance with warehouse staff and administer organization policies to support plant objectives.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy at least 98% using physical counts and ERP systems, including reconciliations and timely reconciliation of store physical inventories.
  • •Oversee and coordinate inventory counts, yearly inventory audits, and own the cycle count process and schedule.
  • •Classify materials (Obsolete, Excess, POU) and drive continuous improvement and standard work for material flow (including MRP Site Leader responsibilities).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered.
  • •Preferred: prior leadership/supervisory experience and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
