Job Summary

Lead end-to-end revenue operations for the EMEA region, owning bookings execution, process optimization, and performance reporting. Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk; drive system enhancements with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and scalable automation. Partner with FGCC and cross‑functional teams to improve quote‑to‑cash processes and enable data‑driven decision making.

Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Own EMEA territory execution, ensuring bookings adhere to company policy, maintain accuracy, and meet compliance requirements throughout the process; serve as a subject matter expert for complex, high-value, and non-standard transactions.
•Serve as a primary execution and escalation partner for the Finance Global Capability Center (FGCC), providing guidance on high complexity scenarios and supporting consistent application of policy and process.
•Partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and related teams to support complex deal structures and ensure transactions are executed in line with defined processes and controls.
•Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparing, reviewing, improving, and troubleshooting reconciliations as required.
•Develop and analyze business performance reporting to ensure an accurate reflection of operational results, creating reports and dashboards that support planning and decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 68,000 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role
•Advanced knowledge of operations systems and tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred
•Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment
•Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to work across teams and explain processes
•Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scalability of Revenue Operations workflows
