Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy the new group manufacturing system (Level 2) across 10 to 15 sites, leading preparation, deployment, and stabilization.
  • •Ensure consistency and sustainability of manufacturing system practices across plants.
  • •Train and coach teams at all levels by teaching Lean tools and reinforcing structured problem-solving, standard work, and daily management routines.
  • •Support sites with low CI maturity to drive behavioral and operational change and manage resistance through structured engagement.
  • •Capture and share best practices, lessons learned, and progress updates with Quality, CI, and Operations stakeholders.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent operational experience.
  • •Advanced hands-on Lean and continuous improvement experience, including Lean tools and methodologies.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong change management experience deploying CI tools in low-maturity environments and driving adoption.
  • •Proven ability to teach, coach, and influence teams from plant management to shopfloor level.
