Key Responsibilities

  • •Present standard or moderately customized technical training courses and conduct training at customer sites, including short-duration domestic and international travel.
  • •Manage classroom/lab activities to assure fulfillment of course objectives and present/practice safety per procedure.
  • •Maintain product technical knowledge and complete required certifications; certify others as needed.
  • •Develop and augment technical training materials, documentation, and teaching media, including creating new courses when new products require it.
  • •Review system maintenance activities and help ensure course objectives are supported through training systems and safety retrofits.
