Job Summary

Own and evolve the internal technology stack powering Cyera’s operations. You’ll work within the Information Systems team to maintain infrastructure, manage endpoints across macOS and Windows, and administer SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Slack. Support cloud operations across AWS/Azure/GCP, strengthen security using Zero Trust/EDR tooling, and build automations and workflows using Claude and Okta Workflows. You’ll also create runbooks and improve processes as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure; collaborate with IT Support to identify bottlenecks and lead infrastructure projects.
•Administer endpoint management including Jamf Pro for macOS policies/deployment/patching and Intune compliance/application deployment for Windows devices.
•Manage SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace (users, groups, security controls) and Slack/Cloudflare; evaluate tools and maintain permissions and best practices.
•Support IT operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including access controls and basic cloud networking; administer enterprise security tools/EDR.
•Build internal tools and automations using Claude and Okta Workflows, improve processes with documentation and runbooks, and support identity and access management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in IT System Administration or similar roles.
•Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Intune.
•Experience administering cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Experience working with Zero Trust, ZTNA, device trust, or identity-centric security models.
•Hands-on experience with Sentinel1 (or another enterprise EDR) and familiarity with networking fundamentals.
