Job Summary

Analyze production and operational data to uncover bottlenecks, improve quality, and optimize manufacturing workflows. Build dashboards and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally across manufacturing, IT, engineering, and other business teams to integrate data across MES, ERP, and WMS, refine KPIs, and support predictive maintenance and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

•Create dashboards and analytics tools in Tableau/Power BI and build reporting using SQL, Python, and similar technologies to track metrics and trends.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with production objectives and broader business goals.
•Serve as a liaison between manufacturing operations and other business units (including IT and engineering) to support data-driven decision-making.
•Integrate and improve manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, WMS), refine KPIs, and support predictive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives like Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Operations Management (Master’s preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, business intelligence, or data analytics focused on production data.
•Demonstrated ability to produce actionable insights that measurably improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
•Advanced data visualization and analytics skills using Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, WMS) and data integration with operational workflows.
