Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, recruit, and sign new partnerships with PE firms and technology partners with dedicated PE arms.
  • •Build and manage a net-new partner book from the ground up, balancing pipeline generation, program development, and sales opportunities.
  • •Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate referral and co-sell revenue, and own quarterly partnership-sourced SQO targets.
  • •Deepen principal-level partner relationships to unlock preferred vendor status and portfolio-wide rollouts.
  • •Represent Anrok at PE/VC industry events and collaborate cross-functionally to shape partnership strategy and optimize channel performance.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working in private equity or with PE-backed portfolio companies.
  • •Experience working in partnerships within the SaaS industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to source, recruit, and sign new partnerships with a track record of material pipeline (not inherited).
  • •Direct negotiation experience with venture capital or private equity counterparts (terms, exclusivity, program structure).
  • •Quota-carrying experience with a history of overperformance versus peers.
