Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering exceptional client service across inquiries, requests, escalations, onboarding, and product implementations.
  • •Review, authorize, and process funding requests including wire transfers, settlements, and related transactions while managing operational workflows and funding queues.
  • •Monitor and manage aged loans and collateral aging to support timely resolution, collateral movement, and adherence to portfolio expectations.
  • •Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, funding discrepancies, collateral issues, and system-related concerns in coordination with internal partners to mitigate operational risk.
  • •Monitor portfolio activity and operational performance indicators, prepare reports, identify trends and risks, and communicate client and operational concerns to management.

Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • •3+ years of experience in banking, mortgage, financial services, client servicing, or transaction processing.
