Key Responsibilities

•Define prioritization logic for fixes across 10M products, balancing error severity, business impact, and market coverage
•Design an error classification framework covering Title mismatches, Image mismatches, and Catalogue Override conflicts
•Transform one-off data outputs into a recurring quality dashboard tracking PIM health over time
•Build and document end-to-end resolution workflows, identifying automation opportunities and SLAs for the agents team
•Partner with Data Engineering to refine AI-driven error detection, influence Product/Data Hub roadmaps, and coordinate with Local Market Teams on quality standards

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or quality programs in a tech or e-commerce environment
•Strong analytical skills: able to read and interpret large-scale data outputs, build prioritization logic, and extract business insights, without necessarily writing code
•Proven track record designing operational processes and documentation (playbooks, SOPs, escalation workflows) for non-expert teams
•Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Engineering, local teams) without direct authority
•Structured problem-solver: able to decompose ambiguous, large-scale problems into clear workstreams with measurable milestones
