Key Responsibilities

  • •Bijdragen aan NPI en engineering/technisch advies in CAPEX projecten, inclusief initiëren en realiseren van continuous improvement en kostenbesparingen.
  • •Dagelijkse line support oplossen van verstoringen, doorvoeren en borgen van proceswijzigingen en tooling van productielijnen.
  • •Beheren en implementeren van engineering changes via PLM, inclusief up-to-date houden van documentatie en data-integriteit (BOM en routing).
  • •Verbeteren van productieprocessen voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficiency door data-analyse naar concrete verbeterprojecten.
  • •Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van assemblage- en testprocessen en ontwikkelen/onderhouden van werkinstructies, PFMEA’s, control plannen en procesbeschrijvingen.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in Engineering.
  • •Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • •Ervaring met Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt is een pré of bereid deze te halen).
  • •Ervaring met projectmatig werken en in staat om zelfstandig projecten te leiden (pré).
  • •Kennis van 3D modelling software en ervaring met data-analyse en procesverbetering.
