Verification Engineering Manager (ASIC & FPGA)

Lead a verification engineering organization supporting Boeing’s ASIC, SoC, and FPGA digital technologies across aerospace, defense, and space programs. You’ll initially manage ~5–10 verification engineers, drive program execution by identifying technical and staffing risks, provide verification technical leadership, and mentor engineers into future leaders. Partner across ASIC/FPGA design, systems, software, and program management to deliver complex products while continuously improving engineering processes.
