Job Summary

Lead and scale implementation delivery for HiredScore as a people leader for Professional Services, overseeing teams of Implementation Managers and technical consultants. Own day-to-day operations, run client escalations, and guide account transitions from sales to launch through post-launch adoption. Partner with development, product, and Customer Success teams to plan and deliver customer outcomes, including driving scrum teams and ensuring accurate delivery metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead teams of Implementation Managers and Individuals Technical Consultants as a subject matter expert on HiredScore implementation processes.
•Oversee team building and growth activities including hiring, training, mentorship, and professional development.
•Coach and mentor team leads and members to optimize performance and support career and personal development.
•Provide comprehensive guidance across daily operations and client interactions as the primary escalation point.
•Drive application development scrum teams and design implementation plans to meet client needs, partnering with Customer Success through account transition and adoption.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience as a team lead of Technical Project Manager/Implementation Manager/Professional Services Manager.
•2+ years of experience managing managers.
•3+ years leading complex, large-scale, external global client-facing B2B SaaS deployments for enterprise clients in professional services/consulting/functional implementation.
•Ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch in a fast-paced, process-focused environment with shifting priorities.
•Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English, plus experience handling client escalations and complex issues.
