Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assigned market flows and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating daily inbound/outbound gear activity, stock movements, dispatches, and returns.
  • •Support end-to-end onboarding logistics for courier partners and fleet companies across current markets and expansion activities.
  • •Maintain courier onboarding websites (Shopify and WooCommerce), ensuring smooth order flows, product updates, and basic error troubleshooting.
  • •Maintain SOPs, IOPs, and process maps, identifying recurring last-mile or warehouse issues and proposing practical operational fixes.
  • •Partner with country operations, sourcing, finance, and external partners to resolve day-to-day operational questions and support new market integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain, logistics, 3PL performance management, warehouse operations, or operations coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and hands-on experience with e-commerce tools such as Shopify or WooCommerce (or logistics management platforms).
  • •Ability to follow SOPs reliably, manage routine and non-routine logistics tasks, and troubleshoot moderate operational issues.
  • •Clear, action-oriented communication in fluent English, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • •Hands-on, get-it-done mindset with strong organisational skills to handle shifting operational priorities.
