Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Limerick team members and lead execution of daily workflow.
  • •Coordinate with global client solutions staff on client change, implementation, problem resolution, and workflow management.
  • •Support ongoing and end-of-year staff performance reviews.
  • •Review and sign off on client investment data and daily/month-end outputs, including transactions, valuations, cost basis analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • •Support client onboarding (discovery sessions, project planning, setting expectations, and providing continuous updates) and develop training materials and lead training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing an investment operations team.
  • •Experience with complex asset owners, including endowments, foundations, family offices, OCIOs, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional asset managers.
  • •Deep knowledge of alternative assets and their operational processes (e.g., hedge funds, private equity).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of private equity transactional impacts and metrics such as TVPI, DPI, and PIC.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (plus SharePoint) and understanding of accounting/reporting methods including IBOR, ABOR, and TrueNAV.
