Key Responsibilities

  • •Distribute materials throughout the production floor by scanning and moving items to specified locations using powered industrial trucks.
  • •Perform daily forklift inspections and trailer inspections prior to loading/unloading.
  • •Verify WIP labels and carton ID labels with a handheld scanner and check production quantities for accuracy.
  • •Practice first-in/first-out movement, maintain lot control and traceability, and manage non-conforming product and scrap flow.
  • •Maintain housekeeping duties and follow ISO standards, SOPs, and established work instructions to support GMP compliance and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate a forklift safely and cautiously; 6 months of forklift driving experience required.
  • •Be able to move physically (sit, bend, twist, stand, and lift) and lift up to 35 lbs periodically.
  • •Read, write, and speak English to perform job duties and interpret work requirements.
  • •Verify WIP and carton ID labels using a handheld scanner and interpret traveler/work orders.
  • •Have previous material handling or shipping/receiving experience (preferred).
