Key Responsibilities

•Use the platform’s low-code/no-code toolset to build forms, workflows, dashboards, and automated logic for solutions like Recover, Collaborate, and Resolve.
•Follow a Dev → Test → Production configuration lifecycle, ensuring configuration is version-controlled and documented prior to global release.
•Build modular, scalable configurations aligned to core data models so products can evolve and customers can adopt specific subsets of functionality.
•Perform functional validation and regression testing to ensure configurations are stable, performant, and correctly integrated without harming existing logic.
•Maintain the global solution library, document solution definitions and technical receipts, and triage configuration-level issues while collaborating with product owners and analysts in peer reviews.
