Build next-generation backend collections platform solutions for the Collections team within the Repayments area. You’ll manage loans through delinquency lifecycle stages, develop recovery strategies, and help maximize recoveries by sending the right messages at the right time. Partner with product managers and risk teams while monitoring system reliability and handling an on-call rotation. Focus on high availability, extensible code, and balancing speed and quality.
