Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP / S&OP) process across Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive Review.
•Create and maintain a unified omni-channel marketplace demand view, translating MFP and GTM targets into pre-season plans and managing in-season forecasts through S&OE cycles.
•Drive supply planning strategy and PAB alignment to ensure supply readiness for GTM launches, translating demand plans into buy/production/delivery phasing and monitoring execution.
•Own marketplace inventory strategy and guardrails (turn, weeks of supply, aging), projecting inventory positions and leading action planning such as rebalancing and channel shifting.
•Act as the cross-functional connector to provide scenario planning and recommendations, build and develop the integrated planning team, and standardize planning processes, KPIs, and tools across channels.
