Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Benelux scripted team with strong communication and people management.
  • •Build and maintain a well-balanced Benelux scripted slate using creative instincts and data-informed decision-making.
  • •Act as creative lead for key titles and provide creative insights and feedback across development and production stages.
  • •Actively source and develop new ideas by leveraging and expanding relationships with producers, production companies, and talent.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share creative learnings across EMEA teams, while driving projects through pitch to launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven editorial experience guiding and overseeing multiple scripted projects across development and production phases.
  • •Demonstrated leadership by leading and coaching creative teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • •Strong functional expertise as a specialist in scripted series and/or film within the Benelux market.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the Benelux media landscape with a robust creative network across above- and below-the-line talent.
  • •Strong Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and effective feedback.
