Act as the primary APAC voice with global infrastructure teams, ensuring local nuances, partner expectations, and regional regulations are embedded before launch and during live product retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Wise Platform product compliance control framework for financial crime, localising it across APAC markets.
•Perform rigorous rule and methodology testing to confirm controls work as intended and design new controls as needed.
•Lead deep-dive retrospectives on existing live products and partnerships, and ensure compliant foundations for new products prior to launch.
•Assess how global controls land in APAC, embedding local nuances, partner expectations, and regional regulations into the core framework.
•Identify gaps, prioritise high-impact remediation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate regulatory needs into technical market-specific requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 131,000 - 210,000 annually
