Key Responsibilities

•Maintain deep working knowledge of products and destinations through continuous learning and training on new experiences.
•Develop proficiency in required systems (booking portal, communication tools) to support smooth operations.
•Stay updated on products and offers and cross-sell based on product features and benefits to maximize sales growth.
•Communicate terms and conditions clearly and professionally to customers.
•Engage customers across face-to-face, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and website chat; process bookings accurately and meet revenue targets.

Key Requirements

•Secondary school qualification (10 years schooling or equivalent).
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
