Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or fintech in a client-facing technical account management, implementation, support, or service role.
  • •6+ years of experience working with bank operations such as loan servicing, deposit operations, or card processing, including CRM systems or interface development.
  • •6+ years of experience gathering technical requirements and communicating business and technical information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •6+ years of experience managing project deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering against time-sensitive timelines.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office and business/project management tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira, plus working knowledge of APIs and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
