•Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction and drive org-wide adoption of scalable practices, tools, and development norms.
•Mentor senior technical leaders to elevate engineering capabilities and champion a culture of continuous learning and engineering rigor.

•Experience influencing technical strategy and delivering cross-org technical initiatives at the group/organizational level.
•Proficiency with backend technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Go and strong system design for scale and performance.
•Full-stack capability with frontend proficiency in modern frameworks and libraries (React, Next, GraphQL).
•Proficiency with CI/CD workflows (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools (e.g., Datadog).
