Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on auto-moderation decisions and follow through on machine model optimization actions with relevant stakeholder teams.
  • •Handle escalations from Operational teams by identifying root model issues and following through on issue resolutions and model optimization.
  • •Track and report key business quality metrics, analyze data to identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • •Implement new quality measurement workflows, working closely with Operations, Products and Data teams to roll out and operationalize metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
