•Lead & mentor a dynamic team of Software Engineers, providing career coaching, performance management, and technical mentorship.
•Drive technical excellence by partnering with Architects to oversee system design and code quality for complex C++ and C# applications.
•Spearhead modernization of development systems and toolchains, identifying opportunities to refine workflows and reduce technical debt.
•Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and clear execution sprints.
•Foster agility by championing Agile principles, removing roadblocks, and scaling the Vancouver engineering hub as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 145,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
•5+ years of software development experience
•3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
•Strong experience with C++ and C#; system design and APIs
•Experience with CI/CD, Agile practices, and modern tooling
