Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • •Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement and a customer-first mindset to build long-term relationships.
  • •Deliver an elevated in-store experience as a brand ambassador, including educating customers on sustainability and sharing Reformation product stories.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring through NPS, and communicate product feedback from customers to improve merchandising.
  • •Support inventory accuracy and controls, contribute to Loss Prevention, and uphold time and attendance and selling floor standards.
