Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize factory throughput, efficiency, and value using Lean Manufacturing principles and advanced problem-solving.
  • •Conduct capacity planning, manpower planning, factory layout work, line balancing, simulation, process modeling, and labor performance analysis.
  • •Create and use process flows, value stream maps, Pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings to show manufacturing processes and key metrics.
  • •Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for factory space, manpower, equipment, automation, expansion, technology insertion, and infrastructure improvements.
  • •Lead analyses for competitive bids and business case development (including Make/Buy/Where) and support factory safety/ergonomic improvements.
