Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and maintain zero-touch device enrollment and configuration profiles across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.
  • •Manage macOS and Windows baseline policies, configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and remediation workflows.
  • •Package, test, and deploy applications across platforms (Win32, LOB, Microsoft Store, macOS PKG/DMG, and iOS App Store/VPP) with automated patching and update workflows.
  • •Implement security and compliance controls including Conditional Access, App Protection Policies, compliance policies linked to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault).
  • •Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint technical issues, monitor tenant health and compliance failures, remediate non-compliant assets, and maintain technical documentation and end-user self-service instructions.

Salary: USD 108,310 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of system administration experience (or commensurate experience) and a bachelor’s degree.
  • •3–5+ years in enterprise endpoint management, including 2+ years dedicated to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating Apple Business Manager (ABM) with Intune, including VPP app management, FileVault management, and macOS Bash scripting.
  • •Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, and Win32 app packaging using the IntuneWin App Prep Tool, plus AD/Entra ID integration.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, RBAC, and endpoint security baselines, including iOS/iPadOS supervision and App Protection Policies (MAM).
