Design and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plans, while ensuring a pipeline of high-potential employees. Lead performance management processes and talent assessments, and design training and development programs. Collaborate with HR partners to align talent initiatives with overall HR strategy and support Honeywell’s workforce growth.
