Key Responsibilities

•Formulate email testing methodology, priorities, and the testing roadmap; systematize test learnings into repeatable approaches that impact key metrics.
•Lead the creative team by setting goals, prioritizing work, writing clear briefs (ТЗ), and ensuring quality across copy/design/markup.
•Build transparent cross-team processes to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
•Proactively identify bottlenecks and initiate process changes without waiting for direct instructions.
•Gradually take over deliverability coordination and deepen expertise in factors such as domain/IP reputation, inbox placement, and warmup.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in email/CRM/retention marketing (with “ownership” elements for Middle+).
•Proactive ownership: initiates improvements to approach/processes rather than only executing tasks.
•Strategic thinking to build long-term channel logic, not just run isolated tests.
•Understands deliverability principles and is ready to go deeper over time.
•A/B testing and analysis skills, plus experience setting briefs and coordinating copy/design/markup executors.
