•Monitor and optimize GPU cluster infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.
•Define and improve measures of AI researcher efficiency aligned with measurable results.
•Work with researchers, data engineers, and DevOps to build a seamless AI/ML infrastructure ecosystem.
•Stay current on AI/ML technology, frameworks, and strategies and help promote their implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,000 - 241,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate with an MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field, with AI/ML and HPC infrastructure experience.
•Hands-on HPC infrastructure experience and knowledge of accelerated computing (GPU/custom silicon), storage (Lustre, GPFS, BeeGFS), scheduling/orchestration (Slurm, Kubernetes, LSF), high-speed networking (Infiniband, RoCE, Amazon EFA), and containers (Docker, Enroot).
•Experience running and optimizing large-scale distributed training using PyTorch (DDP, FSDP), NeMo, or JAX, plus strong understanding of AI/ML workflows for data processing, training, and inference.
•Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, Go, Bash) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), plus parallel computing frameworks and paradigms.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and backgrounds.
