  • •Registration on the National Engineering Register in Australia (e.g., RPEV or RPEQ) is required, ideally with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) designation or equivalent.
  • •Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills to build trust as a technical advisor.
  • •Ability to mentor and develop structural engineering talent, supporting others’ technical growth.
