Job Summary

Support and implement the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy using global and regional frameworks. Continuously improve compensation packages and benefit programs to strengthen employer attractiveness, and provide subject-matter support to HR teams and leaders on international compensation models, including system trainings. Contribute to health management activities, handle administrative HR topics such as onboarding/offboarding and Jobrad/leases, and support organizational change and cross-company projects in an EMEA context.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and help develop the C&B strategy using global and regional frameworks.
•Continuously develop compensation and benefits programs to increase employer attractiveness.
•Support HR teams and managers in applying international compensation models and conduct system trainings.
•Support health management activities.
•Handle HR administration such as onboarding, offboarding, Jobrad, and leasing; support organizational change and organizational development measures, including cross-team projects.

Key Requirements

•Completed university degree (preferably with focus on HR), law, or work and organizational psychology, or a commercial vocational training with an HR supplementary qualification.
•Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, including expertise in compensation models and benchmarking.
•Strong analytical approach to prepare complex data for reporting and derive strategic recommendations.
•First experience in HR.
•Solid knowledge of HR IT systems such as SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
