Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily CIF operations for the issue, turn-in, exchange, receipt, storage, inventory, and accountability of OCIE and other authorized Army property.
  • •Provide customer service and assistance to Soldiers during CIF in-processing, out-processing, and equipment issue/turn-in/exchange transactions.
  • •Maintain accurate accountability of assigned equipment by ensuring property records, transaction documentation, and system records are complete and accurate.
  • •Perform inventories and reconcile discrepancies; research and resolve missing, excess, damaged, or unserviceable equipment.
  • •Inspect returned equipment for condition, serviceability, cleanliness, completeness, and eligibility; ensure proper storage and safely operate material-handling equipment as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of Army supply operations and property accountability procedures.
  • •Working knowledge of Logistics Information Systems (LIS).
  • •Ability to maintain accurate records, analyze discrepancies, and support customer-facing processing with excellent attention to detail.
