Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft Signal and Power Integrity solutions for complex system design problems.
  • •Conduct system-level power integrity simulations for NVLink, PCIe, and other HSIO (e.g., DP2.1/HDMI2.1/CSI/USB4).
  • •Design and optimize Power Delivery Networks across interposers, packages, and PCBs.
  • •Perform SI channel analysis for spec development and continuously improve SI/PI models using lab measurements.
  • •Automate simulation workflows and perform post-layout SI/PI model extraction for project review and sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 5+ years of industry experience.
  • •Strong electromagnetics knowledge for transmission line theory, via properties, and SI/PI/EMI applications, including S/Y/Z parameters and discrete signal processing.
  • •Hands-on SI/PI modeling: 3/2.5-D tools (e.g., ANSYS HFSS/Q3D/SIwave, Cadence PowerSI) and PDN evaluation using layout extraction and power-noise simulations.
  • •Experience with die power delivery modeling and mixed-signal block tools (e.g., CSM/Redhawk, Raptor-X), plus board power supply voltage regulator modeling (simplis or spice).
  • •Measurement/simulation correlation experience and familiarity with VNA/TDR/DSO and transient simulations including eye-diagram methodology.
