Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet service area customers, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine appointment status and record customer/vehicle details including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking; assist with loaner vehicles and park vehicles after write-up.
  • •Drive vehicles to and from service lanes/stalls/parking as needed; report lot damage immediately and maintain zero-damage expectation.
  • •Prepare vehicles for service pickup by retrieving them at cashier, waiting with customers, installing seat/steering/floor protections and I.D. tags, delivering keys/repair orders to service advisors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23 hourly

  • •Valid driver license and ability to drive safely in the facility lot.
