Senior Manager, Engineering, Lister

Lead engineering for the Lister domain, owning end-to-end outcomes from delivery and technical health to partner data quality and team performance. Set and defend a quarterly roadmap across three pods, develop team leads, hire and mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with code reviews, architecture decisions, and reliability/on-call readiness. Partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, Partner Success, and Finance to turn ambiguous partner and regulatory pressures into scoped engineering work.
