Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with internal and external production leads and third‑party clients.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, including client meetings, presentations, customized service packages, and issue resolution.
  • •Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
  • •Forecast annual revenue targets, project volume and profitability, and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
  • •Lead warehouse and rental operations, ensuring standardized, scalable, and high‑performing processes from order intake through fulfillment.
