Senior Technical Program Manager

Lead the development and implementation of technical systems within a product/project management function. Own requirements definitions, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture, while coordinating unit and systems testing and development. Drive data-driven decision making via KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis, and build governance processes. Provide project management and technical leadership across multiple projects, using project tools for estimation, planning, and progress monitoring. Build POCs, dashboards, and agents using GENAI tooling.
