Key Responsibilities

•Design and write, or manage external contractors in the writing of curriculum assets such as session guides, assessments, labs, skills application activities for online and in-person settings
•Create exceptional learning experiences in virtual settings, such as an LMS
•Co-develop a project plan for creating or revising curriculum in partnership with a Global C&I Lead
•Independently track and report progress according to the plan
•Facilitate communication and stakeholder management related to project completion with the lead, contract designers, SMEs, and delivery partners

Key Requirements

•3+ years curriculum development experience for adult audiences (18+)
•1-2 years experience managing curriculum development projects
•Knowledge of best practices and current trends in adult learning; experience with online and blended learning
•Fluent English; additional languages desirable (Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Thai, Hindi, Tamil)
•Proficiency with online design, particularly with Canvas (LMS)
