•Own vendor sell-in data and market models, ensuring accuracy and client readiness, and translate datasets into actionable insights.
•Manage regional client communications and lead engagements, delivering structured insights tailored to diverse stakeholders across time zones.
•Contribute to commercial and external communications, supporting PR, blogs, and marketing activities, and assist sales and business development with research-driven opportunities.
•Monitor success metrics such as quality and timeliness of research products and client satisfaction; travel occasionally to industry events for in-person research.
