Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC machines independently and monitor their performance
  • •Plan daily work and manage manufacturing orders to ensure on-time production
  • •Handle tools and perform process-related quality work to maintain high standards
  • •Carry out daily supervision of machines, equipment and workplace safety
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement in the production process and collaborate with team

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as CNC operator or relevant CNC training with practical experience
  • •Good computer skills for documentation, reporting and production follow-up
  • •Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • •Willingness to work alternating shifts and be flexible with schedules
  • •Strong sense of precision, attention to detail, and responsibility
