Job Summary

Join Adobe's Identity Architecture & Solutions team to design and deploy scalable identity and SaaS security solutions. You will implement Zero‑Trust access controls, harden privileged access, and define SaaS posture baselines across enterprise services, while instrumenting identity metrics and collaborating across IT and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer and deploy Zero‑Trust access controls across workforce and service identities using RBAC and ABAC standards.
•Harden privileged access and migrate administrators to right‑size entitlements and eliminate long‑lived elevated access.
•Implement SaaS security posture controls by defining baselines for M365/Slack/GitHub/Workday/Google and building remediation runbooks.
•Instrument identity metrics collection and tracking, publish dashboards for privilege drift and misconfigurations, and coordinate security events.
•Participate in architecture and standards implementation guides and reference architecture to reduce risk over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,900 - 216,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with enterprise identity controls and solutions (Entra ID/AD, Okta, SailPoint or equivalents) and security outcomes across SaaS environments.
•Knowledge of core IT concepts for networks, data protection, and cloud platforms.
•Ability to influence and collaborate with IT, security teams and business to develop security outcomes that reduce risk.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain problems and solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
•Engineering experience in enterprise security environments (2+ years preferred).
