Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and administer Technical Operations activities, including maintenance support, technical projects, facilities, equipment, and related functions.
  • •Plan staffing requirements and establish information/communication systems to ensure technical updates and procedures are implemented promptly.
  • •Maintain confidentiality of management policies, technical information, projects, and sensitive departmental matters.
  • •Track and report Technical Operations performance: update statistics, maintenance records, project progress, and prepare consolidated weekly and monthly reports.
  • •Manage document control and coordination tasks such as filing systems, fixed-asset/inventory coordination, and briefing senior management on plans, schedules, and project progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma (High School/Diploma).
  • •2–3 years of experience in technical operations or a related function.
  • •Strategic planning and budgeting skills (Personnel, Operating, and CAPEX) with the ability to execute plans aligned to organizational objectives.
  • •Ability to provide leadership, staff allocation, and recruitment knowledge to guide and motivate teams.
  • •Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
