Job Summary

Support Global Atlantic’s Post Issue annuity operations by overseeing inforce and claims processing policies, procedures, and strategies. Ensure timely and accurate processing, improve customer experience using quality and audit controls, and analyze workflows and automated technologies to recommend process and system enhancements. Partner with GA and TPA teams on escalations, exceptions, and complaint cases, and help deliver training and special projects to optimize customer service and operating efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and support policies, procedures, and strategies for efficient administration of inforce and claims processing.
•Ensure timely and accurate processing of Post Issue transactions and help meet service standards.
•Drive continual improvement to the customer experience using quality and audit controls.
•Analyze service workflows and automated technologies to recommend process and system improvements that increase operating efficiency.
•Manage escalations, exceptions, and complaint cases while considering compliance, legal, tax, regulatory impact, and administrative costs; support special projects, enhancements, procedure writing, and training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years of industry experience in life/annuities or TPA vendor management (inforce and claims experience strongly preferred).
•Demonstrated knowledge of operations and process improvement, with strong business acumen to translate plans into actionable solutions.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to make decisions, use independent judgment, set priorities, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
